American Chocolate Brownie

One of the best ways to release stress is to consume sweet things, and I must say that eating brownie is the perfect solution for me. Chocolate is rich with antioxidant and it contains substances that have an effect on body chemistry: caffeine effect, stimulate mood etc.

I'm one of the rare breed who doesn't like to eat chocolate cake. Its weird that I love brownies but dislike chocolate flavored cakes. Guess the richness of the chocolate does matter.
